The transnational meetings of the REC – Rural Empowerment and Capacitation project were essential to ensure good coordination and teamwork between all partners. They helped us follow the project’s progress, evaluate results, share good practices and plan the next steps together.

The meetings took place in several locations, starting with the Kick-off Meeting in Portugal, followed by meetings in Turkey  and Poland (this meeting was originally planned for Ukraine, but for safety reasons it was moved to Poland, keeping the Ukrainian partner involved throughout the process). The final meeting was held again in Croatia, where we closed the project, reviewed its overall impact and discussed future possibilities.

These meetings, both in person and online, helped improve communication, distribute responsibilities and strengthen cooperation between all organisations. They also allowed us to discuss the local activities, the development of the Sustainability Guide, financial matters and dissemination strategies.

In short, the transnational meetings played an important role in ensuring the quality and consistency of the project, reinforcing European cooperation and supporting the achievement of its main goals.
