The Rural Empowerment and Capacitation (REC) project was created to support and value young people living in rural areas, encouraging their active role in the sustainable development of their communities.

Through an integrated approach, the project aims to strengthen young people's personal, social and professional skills, while promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and economic, social and environmental sustainability in rural Europe.
