The multiplier events of the REC – Rural Empowerment and Capacitation project aimed to share the project’s results, involve the local community and promote the practical use of the resources developed, such as the European Guide to Sustainability and Rural Area Development.

These events were held in Portugal, Croatia, Turkey and Ukraine, bringing together young people, youth workers, local organisations, authorities, teachers and community members. Each event created a space for exchange, dialogue and collaboration. Participants were introduced to the main results of the project, the learning outcomes and the good practices collected during the mobilities and local activities.

They also had the chance to explore the guide, try some of the proposed activities and reflect on the importance of sustainability and rural development. These moments helped increase the project’s visibility, strengthen local cooperation and encourage the continuation of the initiatives developed through REC.

The multiplier events played an essential role in spreading the project’s results, raising awareness in the communities and promoting positive and sustainable change in rural areas.
